Adreon Henry – Republic Square Park: Temporary Art Installation

Art Installation - Adreon HenryBeginning in 1951, Art City has been through many iterations. 2019 celebrates the 69th year of the festival. Upon hearing this vast history of the festival, CHF Accelerator Fellow Adreon Henry was inspired to create this temporary public installation to pay homage to the connectivity and longevity of the creative community through the Art City Festival.

Each stone is designed with 365 lines/rays, crossing and connecting, symbolizing one year of the festival. There are 69 fully realized stones, and one with the same pattern faintly applied (as if it is being developed), symbolizing the future year.
