Fundraise with CHF

The most direct way to support an existing effort, especially one that works on behalf of all of us (because we all depend on a robust creative culture) is to ensure it's funded. We do that through a variety of means that are both fun and elevating for ourselves and our peers.

How to Engage in Everyday Fundraising

Host an Event

Launch a virtual or in-person conversation, working group, banquet, potluck, sale, auction, or other fundraising event to support CHF's powerful mission on behalf of working artists, creative professionals, and an invigorated creative culture. More here.

Fundraise Online

Reach out to your email list, blog subscribers, and/or social audience and ask them to give. You can direct them to our giving hub or, if you have a vigorous Facebook audience, you could start a Facebook fundraiser to celebrate your birthday, another milestone, or just because.

Make Every Dollar Count

Log into your Amazon account using the URL: and (if you haven't already) choose "The Clark Hulings Foundation" (or click this link to do so). Whenever you shop at, you get the same prices as the main Amazon site but Amazon Smile donates 0.5% of your eligible purchases to CHF.

Give and Tell

Make CHF a beneficiary (of a retirement, insurance, or investment account), create a matched giving challenge campaign, set up a payroll deduction, or just make a recurring gift. Then tell others why this cause matters and how to support it. Learn more about these opportunities.

Equip artists to lead.

Why Fundraise with CHF

The culture and broader economy is at a critical juncture. We have to decide if we are building an empire devoid of the light of art and creative intelligence, or if art is integral to a healthy, robust culture. We think it is, and the way we get there is advocating for working artists and equipping creative professionals with the tools and context to thrive and to lead.

We welcome other ideas for fundraisers.
