GearBox Gallery in Oakland, CA hosts BLUETS: to fall under a spell, a group show inspired by the writer Maggie Nelson who wrote of the color blue as “a spell I fought to stay under and get out from under, in turns.”
Bluets is juried by Jack Fischer, of Jack Fischer Gallery in San Francisco, CA. The show features over 30 artists and runs from August 3rd to 26th. An opening reception takes place on August 4th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
