Artists and art-industry leaders will gather in Miami for the second Figurative Art Convention & Expo, taking place at the historic Biltmore Hotel. The four-day event is open to all figurative and portrait artists, and will feature panel discussions, painting demonstrations, workshops, and interviews with leading art-world figures. A limited number of artists will also be able to work with live figure models in the convention studio. Speaking at the event will be CHF’s Director Elizabeth Hulings, Sales and Events Director Carolyn Edlund, and Advisory Board Member Tim Newton, who chairs the board of New York’s Salmagundi Club.
