Soft launch of The Artist Federation, an artist-organized, CHF-sponsored professional–entrepreneurial skills and collaboration network for artists is underway. Provisional chapters are being formed by artists in North Carolina (Crystal Coast chapter), California (San Francisco Bay Area chapter), Colorado (Boulder chapter), Washington and Idaho (Moscow-Pullman chapter and Inland Empire Chapter), and Italy–yes, Italy! (Fada/Milano chapter). We expect more by the end of the year. CHF facilitates national/global coordination between chapters, and the artists are networking with other artists to get their local/regional chapters off the ground.
