This month, CHF is participating in the 2018 stARTup Art Fair (January 26-28) in Los Angeles. This boutique fair is a venue for artists to setup exhibits individual rooms at Kinney Venice Beach so collectors encounter “unique experiences and innovative brands”. CHF’s Sunday entrepreneurial learning panel (2:30pm PST) will focus on what it takes to move a goal from theory to accomplishment. Panel members are CHF Fellows Juliana Coles (also with an exhibit), Gregg Chadwick, and Board Member Steve Pruneau, founder of the management consulting firm Free Agent Source, Inc. The moderator is Ray Beldner, StartUp ArtFair’s co-founder and director.

With a background in health sciences, Jennifer Orbom has done operations work for political and health organizations, and conducted research in Nicaragua and Hawaii. Returning to academia in 2011, she earned her Master's degree in social and cultural anthropology from the University of Leuven in Belgium. An avid photographer, she grew up in an artists' community and enjoys learning about the business side of the art industry through her work with CHF. She now splits her time between Belgium and the United States.
