For more than 40 years, Irvin F. Diamond has helped his clients grow their businesses, and achieve financial security. A CPA and principal of the financial, accounting, and tax-consulting firm REDW, Irv serves as a business and financial advisor to clients in a wide range of industries. He has particular skills in litigation support as an expert witness, and often helps clients with mergers, acquisitions, and the sale of their businesses.
A former president of the New Mexico Society of CPAs, Irv was also a vice president and board member at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National CPA Financial Literacy Commission. A noted authority on tax issues and financial planning, he was a regular columnist for New Mexico Lawyer, and a member of the editorial advisory board of The Tax Adviser. He has delivered more than 100 presentations on topics such as succession planning for the small business owner, and investment education.
In addition to his work with the Clark Hulings Foundation, Irv has held board and leadership positions with many civic and charitable organizations, including the Santa Fe Opera, the University of New Mexico Anderson Schools Foundation, and the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra.
