Create an ongoing study of coastal America, of its objects and lifestyles, to document a present that is soon to be past. Become a prominent, self-sustaining artist who works hand in hand with museums and small private groups to preserve the coastal history of the Atlantic seaboard. Increase brand awareness and expand sales options for a flexible, challenging, and financially solvent future.

Donna is taking her work to the national level, with grants to finance these activities. She is collaborating with the "Save the Kit Jones" project, an initiative of The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, which is working to preserve and restore a historic vessel, the Kit Jones, and build a museum on Georgia's barrier islands that focuses on the ship's history. She is producing several artistic events for the project, including pop-up shows, auctions, and live painting exhibitions.

Donna is looking forward to a successful show season this fall/winter 2018, including one international, four national, and one statewide shows. She will polish her online presence in preparation for successful show, grant, residency, and Signature Status applications, as well as a national advertising campaign in 2019. She also plans to complete two large paintings for the Kit Jones project and finish additional paintings (plus framing, photographing, advertising, delivering, and traveling) for a two-woman show.
